    The company PROSAN d.o.o. form Ruse is producing plastic sanitary kettles, influent valves and various gushed plastic parts. Using the automated production line the company is introducing a new product – undersurface sanitary kettle.

    We in the company EM.TRONIC developed and produced several automated working line units by which the demands for the quality of the end product are fulfilled.

     

    WAREHOUSING IN THE PRODUCTION PROCES

     

    After the kettle is gushed of polyethilenic material, the intermediary warehousing with purpose of cooling and dimensional stabilization of the product is realized. By doing so the problem of different decantation capacities of specific operations in the production of the kettle is solved.

    The intermediary warehouse is an automated warehousing system with 240 beds. It assures the full working production capacity using the minimum space. Configuration of the warehouse assures input and output of kettles on the optimal working surface and automatic intermediary transport. The warehouse is constructed of 6 vertical laid palettes with 40 beds each. Palettes are cyclical moved in a vertical curve.

     

    DEVICE FOR AIRTIGHTNESS TEST AND MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF THE KETTLE

     

    The device for tightness test and mechanical treatment of the kettle is an automated technological system that enables the 100% tightness control and optimal and repeatable quality of mechanical treatment.

    The system has two beds. On the first one the test of tightness that can find out holes or porosity with common diameter bigger than 0,15 mm is taking place. The automated drilling and milling is on the second bed. This technological center enables automated fixing of the product and 5 simultaneously working operations. The cycle time is 2 minutes.

     

    • milling of the opening after a geometrical curve and drilling of two holes with the same tool
    • milling of the outer groove
    • drilling of the holes with the diameter of 7 mm and 40 mm under right angle

    This device is constructed considering the safety, technological and ergonomic standards and regulations. The whole process is controlled with microcomputer.

     

    THE DEVICE FOR BENDING AND ASSEMBLING OF THE SUPPORTING STEEL PLATE

     

    The device is performing the automated technological operations of bending and assembling of the steel plate on the undersurface kettle. Individual elements must be input by hand before the bending and between assemly. After the assembly is completed a manipulator takes the kettle to the packaging line where they are packed into prepared wrapping.

    The device is made of light aluminum construction with insertion beds and required guidance. Motion is realized using the pneumatic and electrical drives. The system is computer controlled and synchronized with other devices in the production process.

    The device has been designed and produced in such a manner that it can be included into a fully automated production process. Developing this device safety, technological and ergonomic standards and regulations were taken into consideration.
